This is particularly true of information. Many Departments and Organisations now rely increasingly on the internet, e-bulletins and their websites to disseminate information and obtain feedback from customers and clients.<br /><br />Older people are thus at a severe disadvantage if they are not computer literate<br />ter literacy amongst seniors.
